Our clients have the option to select our services for a professional interior designer/ selection specialist to assist in all selections, design aspects and colour choices for your new home right down to the furnishings if so desired.
We recommend getting financial advice on what you can afford before embarking on this journey, we need to know this so we can advise you if your budget and dreams align!! We will be upfront and honest with you so you don’t waste your time and money designing a home you can’t afford to build.
This obviously depends on the scale of the renovation works; however we find that if there are no areas of the home left untouched and with adding extra rooms to the home generally speaking it may be more cost beneficial to knock down and rebuild. In most cases renovation works will expose some underlying issues with the existing house which ultimately results in additional unforeseen cost to the owners, like termite damage or foundation issues, electrical or plumbing issues, if your existing home is old or run down it would also be more beneficial to knock down and rebuild in the long run.
Starting from scratch gives you a blank canvas to design your dream home that is more suited to your lifestyle and needs rather than trying to adapt an existing home with its current layout and limitations.
I recommend this type of project when the existing home is no longer suitable or desirable due to factors such as age, condition, layout and you want to maximise the location.

Being a custom home builder specialist, this allows us the flexibility to make changes, we host regular site meetings to discuss any change request as we understand the importance of delivering the house of your dreams.
Yes, we encourage you to visit as we will host regular site meetings throughout the build with our clients to allow you to see the project evolve, we can also arrange an appointment on request with one of our representatives, you just need to let us know when so we can book this in.
We have a duty of care for all people entering the work site, so as long as you are accompanied by one of our representatives at all times during your visit, we can facilitate your request.
As our homes are architectural custom-built homes. A square metre rate can be very difficult and generally does not apply to us, this can change due to the level of finishes and the design criteria. No two homes we build are the same which means the m2 price is different for each home being built.
However, we do have other ways we can determine the expected cost of your custom dream home from any concept design saving you time and money designing a home over your budget.
